UPDATE: Today a wonderful thing happened. Chris from Parks called to address my concerns. This was the first time I’d heard from management and trust me, he did not leave any concern unaddressed. He listened attentively. Didn’t try to rush me through the conversation or make me feel like he was simply following protocol by calling. Within a short period of our conversation, Chris and Ben were ringing my doorbell. They went straight to work inspecting everything, then gave me details of what they were going to do next. They updated me throughout the process, explaining things along the way. They even installed an air purification system. Thank you for standing by your product and providing quality customer service. Please consider Parks for your HVAC needs and many other services. ****** Do NOT purchase anything from Parks. My brand “new” AC system broke down the same night it was installed. Then had two more service calls on this “new” system. One year later, to the date, system broke down AGAIN. Year two, it has broken down again. Excuse after excuse. They reschedule appointments at the last minute, keep coming up with other things they claim I need to make their “new” system work. I regret this purchase.
