Our A/C went out Friday, late afternoon. when I called Parks, they were so kind and responsive. The communication was wonderful. They took my husband outside and showed him what was wrong and answered all his questions. They were very thorough. Wish so glad that we chose Parks.

Called them around 5pm - Alexander showed up an hour later and got straight to work. Found the issue right away and gave me the quote. He was able to fix it within two hours of work.
