Comfort for a Cause – Official Terms & Conditions

Comfort for a Cause (“Program”) is a charitable promotional initiative offered by Parks Heating, Plumbing & Electrical (“Parks”). Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

1.   Program Overview

The Program provides eligible customers with promotional savings in connection with qualifying donations made to designated charitable partners during advertised campaign periods. The

Program is offered at Parks’ sole discretion and is subject to change or termination at any time.

2.   Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Program savings, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The customer must participate during the applicable campaign
2. The customer must provide a qualifying donation associated with the active donation
3. The donation must be new, unopened, and meet all defined donation
4. The customer must complete an eligible service that meets all minimum invoice
5. Only one qualifying donation may be applied per service

Failure to meet any eligibility requirement will result in ineligibility for Program savings.

3.   Qualifying Donations

Qualifying donations are defined per campaign and must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Donation items must be new and
2. Donation items must be provided in a full, unopened package where
3. Partial, opened, used, or loose items do not

Parks reserves the right to accept donations that do not qualify for Program savings for charitable purposes without applying a discount.

4.   Service Categories and Promotional Savings

4.1   HVAC Services

1. HVAC Repairs: Eligible customers may receive a $200 discount on qualifying HVAC repair
2. HVAC Installations: Eligible customers may receive a $1,500 discount on qualifying HVAC system installations.

Minimum pre-discount invoice requirements:

• HVAC repairs must total $750 or
• HVAC installations must total $10,000 or

4.2   Plumbing and Electrical Services

1. Plumbing or Electrical Repairs: Eligible customers may receive a $100
2. Plumbing or Electrical Installations: Eligible customers may receive a $500

Minimum pre-discount invoice requirements:

• Repairs must total $500 or
• Installations must total $5,000 or

5.   Large-Ticket Plumbing and Electrical Projects

For plumbing or electrical installation projects totaling $10,000 or more pre-discount, additional promotional savings may be considered at Parks’ sole discretion and require prior management approval. No additional savings are guaranteed.

6.   Discount Application

1. Discounts apply only to pre-discount invoice
2. Discounts are applied only after completion of qualifying
3. Donations alone do not qualify for Program
4. Donations provided without completion of a qualifying service are not eligible for a
5. Donation quantity or value does not increase the discount

7.   Exclusions and Limitations

1. The Program may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated.
2. The Program is not valid on previously completed work or prior
3. The Program has no cash value and is not redeemable for credit or

8.   Donation Collection and Handling

Donations will be collected by Parks technicians at the time of service and returned to a Parks facility for delivery to the designated charitable partner.

9.   Program Modifications

Parks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including eligibility requirements and discount amounts, at any time without prior notice.

10.   Governing Authority

All interpretations of these Terms & Conditions shall be made at the sole discretion of Parks Heating, Plumbing & Electrical. Parks’ determinations regarding eligibility and discount application shall be final.
