DeWayne from Parks Plumbing came out today for a service call, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. …
… The technician Tony came out same day confirmed that I had a leak and identified the source of the leak. …
… He came to perform our annual plumbing inspection, caught a leak on our downstairs toilet, fixed it …
This week I had my electrical, plumbing and Heat/AC Maintenance done. Jay, Jourdon and Joshua were all 3 amazing to work with. They were punctual, professional and explained things in ways that made sense. I did end up doing some work and am so glad I did. I will highly recommend to my friends to use Parks for all their needs. So convenient to have all with the same company.
Anthony was fantastic to work with. He was polite and did a great job of explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the outcomes.
Service has been excellent! We’ve been a customer for over 9 years and their bi-annual inspections have been timely and informative completed by a team of personable professionals. A huge shout out to Will who performed our last service!
This was my first time using Parks heating and cooling, and I was extremely pleased with the level of service and technical expertise. They initially came to my home to conduct a maintenance inspection on two units and while there noted a few items that needed to be improved. The biggest and most important find was that they noted that the HVAC ductwork was in bad shape with numerous areas replete with large amounts of mold that was pushing bacteria through the system into the house. They provided us with video evidence of the problem, and then offered a reasonably priced solution which require required removal of all of the existing ductwork and replacement it with newer technology The technician that identified the problem initially was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made suggestions, but was not trying to upsell any replacement project. We opted for replacement in within the next day two Installers arrived at the house and began the process of removing and replacing all of the second floor ductwork. Tanner and Anelle Arrived at the house with all of the materials and immediately began the project. It took nearly 2 days to complete the removal and installation and they were professional, respectful, and very hard-working. Each day before leaving, they made sure all their equipment and debris was removed from inside the house and they cleaned up all of the area areas that they were working in. It was a exceptional experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend parks for any of your HVAC needs. As a result of this experience, I plan to engage them as the maintenance service provider for my systems moving forward.
Very professional and on time with great service to customers professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.

We offer a full range of drain and sewer services in Stallings to keep your plumbing running smoothly. Which of these services do you need?
Stallings is named after Matthew Thomas Stallings, a local figure who owned a farm in the area in the late 1800s. His land was among the first settled in this part of North Carolina, and his name lives on in the town that grew from it. This connection to its roots gives the town a sense of legacy and history that many newer suburban areas lack.
At Parks, we’re proud to serve this vibrant community and provide local homeowners with dependable drain services in Stallings. We’re committed to supporting you by offering reliable plumbing solutions and being active participants in community initiatives.
Dealing with a clogged drain can be frustrating. From slow-moving sinks to standing water in your shower, these issues can disrupt your day-to-day life. That’s why we offer expert drain cleaning services to remove blockages quickly and efficiently so you can get back to your routine without worry.
Our plumbing company in Stallings uses the latest technology to eliminate clogs without damaging your pipes. Whether it’s hair, grease, food, or something more stubborn, we have the tools and expertise to clear it out for good.
If traditional methods don’t solve the issue, hydro jetting is the next step. This process involves using a high-pressure stream of water to blast away even the toughest blockages — like grease buildup, roots, and scale inside your pipes. It’s not just effective but also eco-friendly since it doesn’t rely on harsh chemicals.
Hydro jetting is especially useful for recurring clogs and can help prevent future blockages. If you’re tired of dealing with persistent drain issues, this powerful service is a game-changer.
When you’re not sure what’s causing the problem in your plumbing, our video camera inspection services can provide the clarity you need. Using a small, high-resolution camera, we navigate through your pipes to locate blockages, breaks, or leaks. This allows us to diagnose the issue accurately and recommend the most effective solution.
Video inspections are fast, non-invasive, and save you from unnecessary digging or damage to your property. Whether you suspect a clog or a more serious problem, we can give you a clear picture of what’s happening inside your system.
A damaged sewer line can cause severe problems, including sewage backups, unpleasant odors, and potential health hazards. We specialize in sewer line repair to quickly restore your system and prevent further damage. Our experienced technicians assess the situation and use industry-leading techniques for a smooth, long-lasting repair.
Our team understands the urgency of sewer issues, which is why we offer prompt and reliable service, keeping disruptions to a minimum while getting your plumbing back to working order.
If your main sewer line is beyond repair, it may be time for a replacement. Our sewer line replacement services provide a permanent solution to chronic issues like leaks, corrosion, or invasive tree roots. We carefully assess your situation and install a new, efficient line that will serve your home for years to come.
One of the best ways to avoid costly repairs is through routine maintenance. At Parks, we offer comprehensive drain and sewer services in Stallings designed to keep your system running smoothly all year round. Regular inspections and cleanings can catch small issues before they turn into major problems, saving you time, money, and stress.

Don’t let plumbing issues disrupt your life. Contact Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical for fast, reliable drain and sewer services in Stallings. Our licensed experts are ready to assist you with everything from minor drain clogs to major sewer line problems.
Our sewer line repair process starts with a thorough inspection, often using video camera inspection technology to pinpoint the issue. Once identified, we offer targeted repairs with minimal disruption to your property.
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to clear clogs and buildup inside your pipes. It’s a safe, effective, and environmentally friendly method that doesn’t rely on chemicals and won’t damage your plumbing when done by professionals like us.
We recommend scheduling professional drain cleaning at least once a year to prevent blockages and keep your plumbing system running smoothly. Homes with older plumbing or frequent clogs may benefit from more frequent service.
Recurring clogs can be caused by a variety of issues, including grease buildup, hair, tree roots, and debris accumulation. Our drain specialist in Stallings can assess your situation and recommend long-term solutions, like hydro jetting or regular maintenance, to prevent future blockages.
Avoid pouring grease down the drain and flushing non-degradable items. Always be mindful of what goes down your drains to prevent unnecessary damage to your sewer lines.
Yes! Our sewer line services in Stallings include emergency repairs. We understand that sewer issues can’t wait, and we’re available to address urgent problems.
A video camera inspection involves threading a small, waterproof camera through your pipes to visually inspect for blockages, cracks, or leaks. It’s a quick, non-invasive way to diagnose issues without unnecessary digging or guesswork.
You might need a sewer line replacement if you experience frequent backups, foul odors, or sewage leaks. We offer thorough assessments to determine if repair or replacement is the best option for your situation.
