This week I had my electrical, plumbing and Heat/AC Maintenance done. Jay, Jourdon and Joshua were all 3 amazing to work with. They were punctual, professional and explained things in ways that made sense. I did end up doing some work and am so glad I did. I will highly recommend to my friends to use Parks for all their needs. So convenient to have all with the same company.
Anthony was fantastic to work with. He was polite and did a great job of explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the outcomes.
Service has been excellent! We’ve been a customer for over 9 years and their bi-annual inspections have been timely and informative completed by a team of personable professionals. A huge shout out to Will who performed our last service!
This was my first time using Parks heating and cooling, and I was extremely pleased with the level of service and technical expertise. They initially came to my home to conduct a maintenance inspection on two units and while there noted a few items that needed to be improved. The biggest and most important find was that they noted that the HVAC ductwork was in bad shape with numerous areas replete with large amounts of mold that was pushing bacteria through the system into the house. They provided us with video evidence of the problem, and then offered a reasonably priced solution which require required removal of all of the existing ductwork and replacement it with newer technology The technician that identified the problem initially was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made suggestions, but was not trying to upsell any replacement project. We opted for replacement in within the next day two Installers arrived at the house and began the process of removing and replacing all of the second floor ductwork. Tanner and Anelle Arrived at the house with all of the materials and immediately began the project. It took nearly 2 days to complete the removal and installation and they were professional, respectful, and very hard-working. Each day before leaving, they made sure all their equipment and debris was removed from inside the house and they cleaned up all of the area areas that they were working in. It was a exceptional experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend parks for any of your HVAC needs. As a result of this experience, I plan to engage them as the maintenance service provider for my systems moving forward.

Everything we do is guided by values that shape how we serve our community. These principles have defined our company for generations and continue to influence every visit we make.
These commitments allow us to build lasting relationships with Huntersville families and provide the peace of mind that comes with dependable service.
Huntersville continues to grow while maintaining the welcoming feel that makes it such a desirable place to live. With its proximity to Lake Norman, strong neighborhoods, and thriving local businesses, the community blends modern convenience with family-centered values.
We are proud to serve the homeowners who make Huntersville special. Our team understands the needs of local households and takes pride in keeping homes powered, protected, and comfortable. When electrical problems interrupt your routine, our electricians are ready to help restore order quickly and safely.
Electrical issues often start small but can signal deeper problems. You might notice breakers tripping repeatedly, lights flickering unexpectedly, or outlets feeling warm to the touch. These are not issues to ignore, especially when safety is involved.
Our Huntersville electricians carefully diagnose the root cause and provide repairs designed to last. Whether the issue involves wiring, overloaded circuits, or aging components, we focus on restoring safe and steady operation. Our priority is protecting your home and giving you confidence in your electrical system again.
Lighting shapes how your home feels and functions. It creates welcoming spaces in living rooms, bright work areas in kitchens, and added safety outdoors. If you are upgrading fixtures or dealing with unreliable lighting, our team can help.
We install a wide range of lighting options, from recessed lights and decorative fixtures to landscape and security lighting. If lights are dimming, flickering, or failing altogether, we troubleshoot the issue and provide straightforward repairs. Many Huntersville homeowners also choose energy-efficient LED upgrades for better brightness and lower electricity usage.
Power surges can occur during storms or even through everyday fluctuations in the electrical grid. These surges may quietly damage electronics, appliances, and smart home devices over time.
Whole-home surge protection adds an important layer of defense by stopping excess voltage before it reaches your outlets. With more families relying on sensitive electronics, this protection is a smart way to safeguard the investments inside your home.
Your electrical panel serves as the control center for your home’s power. If it is outdated or overloaded, you may experience breaker trips, inconsistent power, or limited capacity for modern appliances.
As homes add electric vehicles, upgraded HVAC systems, and new technology, older panels often struggle to keep up. A panel upgrade improves safety, increases capacity, and ensures your system can support today’s electrical demands. Our electricians evaluate your current setup and recommend modern solutions designed for long-term reliability.
Unexpected power outages can disrupt daily life in an instant. A standby generator provides reassurance by keeping essential systems running during outages. Refrigerators stay cold, lights stay on, and heating or cooling systems continue operating.
Our team installs reliable generators tailored to your home’s energy requirements. We handle system placement, electrical connections, and thorough testing to ensure everything operates correctly. With a standby generator in place, your home remains steady even when the grid goes down.
Electric vehicles are becoming more common in Huntersville, and home charging solutions make ownership more convenient. A Level 2 charger allows for faster and more efficient charging than a standard outlet.
Our electricians assess your panel capacity, install the proper circuit, and mount the charger safely. Once installed, you can charge your vehicle overnight and enjoy dependable performance every day.
Older homes or homes with outdated wiring may struggle to support modern electrical needs. Warning signs can include discolored outlets, frequent breaker trips, or inconsistent power.
We offer full and partial rewiring services to improve safety and support current electrical demands. Our team works carefully to minimize disruption while upgrading your system for improved reliability and peace of mind.
Routine maintenance helps prevent unexpected electrical problems and extends the life of your system. Small issues, when caught early, are much easier and less costly to resolve.
During maintenance visits, we inspect panels, test outlets and switches, check GFCI protection, and look for early signs of wear. These proactive steps help Huntersville homeowners maintain a safe and dependable electrical system year-round.
